- Payment is due within thirty (30) days from date of invoice unless prepayment has been requested.
- Breach of these payment terms may result in your 30 day account being withdrawn.
- Title to the property will remain with Guru Corporation Pty Ltd and shall not pass to the buyer until the property has been paid for in full.
- If the buyer fails to pay for the goods within the payment terms set out above, then Guru Corporation Pty Ltd may recover possession of the goods at any site owned, possessed or controlled by the buyer and the buyer agrees that Guru Corporation Pty Ltd has an irrevocable license to do so.
- In the event of Guru Corporation Pty Ltd having to recover monies owed, all costs associated with debt collection and recovery of goods will be passed onto the buyer.
- The delivery times made known to the buyer are estimates only and Guru Corporation Pty Ltd is not liable for late delivery.
- The contract for sale of the goods is made within the state of New South Wales and the parties submit all disputes arising between them to the courts of New South Wales.
- Depending on the different products being ordered, and the manufacturing process selected, Guru Corporation Pty Ltd may split deliver the components of an order and will do so at no additional freight charge.
